quick sandwich..
we are big fan of subway, but since its so 'affordable' we have to make our own sandwich... this is very simple and basic sandwich. wat you need are
any kind of bread ( we're using the same bread to make bruschetta)
1 onion (slice into thin stripes)
1 large tomato (also slice)
1 cup grated melted cheese ( if u dont have any grated cheese, u can always use cheese slice)
fried chicken (left over from last nite dinner would do)
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp mustard
1 tsp honey
a pinch of salt & pepper
first, mixed mayonnaise + mustard + honey +salt & pepper = sauce.
now, all you have to do is, assemble everything except the cheese. place the cheese on top of the layer before bake it for 5 mnutes.
its done! all it needs is 10 minutes to prepare it.
Bon Appetit!!!!

chinese fusion dish....wantan
this time we use ready made wantan sheet... available at any store nation wide... hehe.... so the ingredient that u need is
combine all other ingredient.
then mixed them evenly...
ok now come the tricky part.... folding the filling into the wantan sheet.
so.. 1st put the filling in the center of the sheet. at the edge of sheet spread some white egg. this is to glue the wantan together.
basically u can do any kind of shape based on ur imagination. so let it run wild (i mean ur imagination) hehe.... as long as the edge are fully covered and the filling inside is protected.
ok done... now... its either u deep fried / steam the wantan. if u prefer to hv healthy food, steaming is the best way to do it....

marble cake... & muffin.....
its been awhile since last post... sori for not updating the blog... heheh .... ok... this time we manage to baked a cake... (so bangga)... hehe... this recipe goes to auntie ima.... big fan of our blog...... next time we baked 4 u again!
ingredient :

very simple method.... all u need is food processor..
1st mixed butter and sugar in food processor until it is fluffy & white. sieve flour + baking powder + salt together. add into the butter mixture the milk and esen vanilla.. run it for another minutes before you put in the flour bit by bit.
now its done..... so.... u have to divide the mixture into 2 part. add in cocoa powder into the 1st part. left the 2nd part with only vanilla taste..

what u do now is start layering the vanilla part and choc part inside the baking tray.
u need to swirl the cake mixture to obtain marble design.
bake for an hour or until there's no mixture left on the blade when you poke it with cake tester. this time we were using multiple cooker.. we steam the cake.... so if u using this method u need to cover the top part of the baking tray with aluminium foil to avoid from water droplet effect ur cake.
taaaadaaaaa! all done...
muffin are made accidentally... were have leftover from choc mixture.... where we
decide to baked in smaller manner... it taste as good as any other mixture of muffin... & we believe using same ingredient to make cake we can also produce muffin... heheh.....
